For 50 years we have been helping families looking to escape abuse or crisis. Even though it’s a positive thing, we still miss the little ones and their families when they move on! We always love to hear about what they’re up to now.
Gina* reached out to us after leaving Liverpool over a year ago to let us know the impact our team have had on her and her little boy.
“It has been a year since we left Liverpool. However, we will never forget about how Centre 56 supported us.
“We wish to express our deepest gratitude to Centre 56 for the kindness, support and genuine care.
“When I lost my job, it felt like the whole world came to an end. However, Centre 56 stood by our side. They supported us with all the basic necessities we could need, but they did more than that.
“Centre 56 lifted our hopes, gave us belief, and provided us with the mental and emotional assistance we needed to stay strong.
“We are forever grateful for all the support, for all the extraordinary work and dedication Centre 56 gave to us, gave to families before us and have continued to give.
“They truly and genuinely support families in need and make a significant difference to peoples’ lives – people like us!
“Finally, Curtis*, our little fellow, to this day remembers the Centre and speaks of the great experiences lived there.
From us both – Thank you!
“We’d like to wish you and everyone at the Centre only the very best, you are just amazing people!”
We’re proud to have been serving families in crisis for over 50 years. If you have been impacted by our service, we’d love to hear from you to encourage other families to come forward and seek support.
